• Fraud, cyberattacks, money laundering, terrorism financing;
• Intellectual property infringement (e.g., pirated software, unauthorized media distribution);
• Hate speech, disinformation, or harassment.

Violation Assessment Criteria:

• User's local laws
• Macau laws
• International conventions (e.g., UNCRC)
• ItemsLoop does not serve users under 16 (or higher local age of majority).

2. Content Responsibility

• Users are solely responsible for uploaded/posted content.
• ItemsLoop does not actively monitor content but conducts periodic reviews. Illegal content will be removed and reported to authorities within 24 hours.
• Content moderation standards may vary by region; we prioritize compliance with server-location laws (Macau).

3. Minor Protection Policy

• Immediate account termination for child abuse/exploitation content.
• Data retention: Minimum 6 months in Macau (adjusted per local laws elsewhere).
• Full cooperation with Macau judicial authorities.

4. Third-Party Content

• ItemsLoop disclaims liability for third-party services (e.g., payment processors).

• Service disruptions from force majeure (hacking, natural disasters);
• Scheduled maintenance (24-hour advance notice provided);
• Platform disclaimer: No guarantees on user transactions or financial decisions;
• User acknowledges inherent risks (e.g., online scams);
• Service restrictions due to cross-border legal conflicts.

6. Law Enforcement Cooperation

• User data will be provided upon legally valid requests.
• Cross-border requests processed per Macau's International Judicial Assistance Laws.

7. Amendments & Termination

• ItemsLoop reserves modification rights (notified via website announcements).
• Severe violations may result in immediate service termination without refunds.

8. Dispute Resolution

• Cross-border users may opt for mediation at Macau International Arbitration Center (CAM).
• Primary jurisdiction: Courts of Macau SAR (after mandatory negotiation).

9. Cross-Border Terms

• Regional Restrictions: ItemsLoop may geo-block services for legal compliance.
• Language Priority: Non-Chinese/English versions are for convenience only; Traditional Chinese prevails legally.
• User Compliance: You must ensure service legality in your jurisdiction.
